Brand Sky Technologies provides web development, e-commerce, CMS, UX/UI design, SEO, graphics design, website maintenance and related digital services. Specific project scope, timelines and pricing are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract for each engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Brand Sky Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Project payment terms, including any advance and milestone payments, are specified in the individual project proposal. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.
Brand Sky Technologies will exercise professional care in delivering services but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered websites or software.
Projects may rely on third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by these third parties.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
